Error & Needs Modernization

January issue shows Error and cant download, App support says contact Apple and doesnt provide a contact section (I know how to find that, and will, but for the money on a subscription, this app needs improvements so I will comment here anyway).

For an iPad app from such a notable magazine I would very much like to see a more stylish and friendly app of Zine or Flipboard design, and certainly support for portrait mode! Please update this app with the improvements that a magazine as quality as National Geographic deserves, thanks!
