This has been an informative, as well as an educational tool for our students all over the world for years !!! Im actually appalled that this periodical has a current rating of only 2 stars...really ? Who, may I ask is the individual in charge of such a decision???

Nat Geo continues to have excellent content and photos. In response to criticisms that some articles are too long, I say, put aside a few minutes and take the time for more in-depth coverage that we typically see in this world of sound bites! Love the interactive features, including lots of audio - generally in the authors voice.

This app locks to landscape - without reference to iPad settings. Unacceptable!
