Im only 9 months into my year access and since I updated I cant download new issues. :( Please help NGO, I want this months issue.

The layout of this app is for iPhone 4S ... Really ugly ...

Good app. One thing I would like to see in the audio stories is a pause & restart where left off. If you pause too long, you have to start the audio from the beginning. Bummer if youre half way though a 30 minute audio.

The content is just phenomenal, its so much better on the iPad (compared with print) with all of its interactive features. The app works well for me too.

I updated the app, and now it doesnt load at all. I cant even access old issues. Very disappointing.

I am a fan of NG no doubt about it, but the new update makes it pain in the neck to access the older issues Ive already paid for! I was happier without the updates. I also have installed new IOS a while ago, and I have to download the earlier issues. Since the issues are big in size, it takes few minutes to download each issue. However when I close it to do other stuffs on ipad, download pauses! So each time I want to download, i get to watch until its complete!!

Its already been said but, I will say it again. Its even better Than the print version! It makes you feel like youre right there with the photographers. It only gets better and better!

Ive always loved the magazine and this app makes it so much more convenient. My only bone to pick is the lack of an iPhone 5 update to utilize the whole screen. Thanks Nat Geo for the great content! Keep it up!!

Best magazine, you get a lot for the price you pay. Took time to use my print subscription to login in the app, not all the issues I already paid for are available (for some reason is asking me to buy them), the reading is not too friendly ( cannot enlarge the font size). BUT I love my NGM, and Im glad I can now read it on my iPad.

Why did u make it so u need Internet connection to watch the movies I bought this so I can listen and watch them at work but now I have to wait until I get home this will b the last one I get for awhile unless that changes

My iPad took 30 min to download the "Under Paris" Magazine (278 MB) and it never managed to finish, it would stop due to an error. I am on a high speed network and have never seen my iPad take so long to download anything - app or content. If all the titles take this long I will not download another....UPDATE: I have deleted the app...never could get a clean downlad.

I try to down load my already paid new issue and the site is crashing ? What is going on. I never had problems before.

Didnt work at first, took my money and gave me nothing, with poor customer service. Works now, just had to disconnect and reconnect my wifi several times before I was able to download. Really love the digital issues.

The app doesnt fill the screen. After about two years, its time to redesign the app!
